Our Privacy Policy (“Policy”) is part of our web site’s (the “Site”) Terms and Conditions of Use incorporated herein by reference (the “Terms”), and defined terms in this Policy can be found in the Terms. “User,” “you” and “your” refer to any person accessing the Site, Services, or Software, and “Living Real Food,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Living Real Food, Inc., a Delaware corporation, and may also include our affiliates (such as licensors, licensees, suppliers, advertisers, and sponsors) and our officers, directors, employees, consultants, shareholders, agents, and representatives.

We are sensitive to the privacy concerns of our users. Our Policy explains our practices with respect to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal and non-personal information provided by users. By visiting the Site or signing up for any Services or downloading Software (including without limitation any free Service or Software offering), you are consenting to this Policy.

If you do not agree to any term of this Policy, please do not access the Site, Services, or Software, or attempt to register with us.

Notice concerning children

The Site, Services, and Software are a general audience, and we do not direct them or our content specifically at children who are under 13 years of age. We understand and are committed to respecting the sensitive nature of children’s privacy online. Community of users

The Site, Services, or Software may make various kinds of blogs and forums available for postings. Any information disclosed in these forums becomes public information. Please carefully consider any proposed disclosure of your personal information.

Unforeseen circumstances

In the event that Living Real Food, Inc. or any of its assets are acquired by a third party, personal information acquired by us may be one of the assets transferred.

Deleting or modifying personal information
