Fresh Ingredients – Prepared

Chicken Tenderloin – 1 lb about 8-10 pcs.
Red Bell Pepper – 1 sliced
Scallions(Green Onions) – 2 chopped
Lime – 1/2 juiced
Garlic – cloves minced

Pantry Ingredients

Red Wine Vinegar – 1/8 cup
Canola Oil – 1 TSP
Salt – 1/2 TSP
Pepper – 1/4 TSP
6-in Flour Tortilla’s – 10

Rubber (Scraper) Spatula
Measuring Spoons

Medium Saucepan

Make It Yours



Prepare all the ingredients. Heat medium saucepan over medium heat. Add canola oil and saute chicken for about 3 to 4 minutes, per side, or until internal temperature reaches at least 165 degrees. Add vinegar, lime juice, salt, pepper, garlic, green onions and simmer for an extra 5 minutes.

Serve the lime chicken mixture in a warm tortilla topped with lettuce, cheese and salsa.
